SWL worm screw jack/lift

SWL series worm gear screw elevator, also known as QWL elevator, is widely used in machinery, metallurgy, construction, water conservancy equipment and other industries.

SWL worm gear screw elevator is a kind of basic lifting components, with a compact structure, small size, light weight, wide range of power sources, no noise, easy to install, flexible use, multiple functions, supporting forms, high reliability, long service life and many other advantages. It can be used alone or in combination. It can adjust and adjust the height of lifting or pushing accurately according to certain procedures. It can be driven by electric motor or other power directly or manually. It has different structural forms and assembly forms, and the lifting height can be customized according to the user’s requirements, the device can be self-locking.

1. Structure type

Type 1 – the screw rotates and moves axially simultaneously;

Type 2 – screw for rotary movement, screw nut for axial movement

2 assembly type

Each type of lift structure is divided into two types of assembly:

Type A – screw (or nut) moving up;

Type B – screw (or nut) down

3 screw head type

– 1 type structure of the screw head is divided into Ⅰ type (cylindrical), Ⅱ type (flange), Ⅲ (threaded) and Ⅳ (flat head type) four types

– 2 type structure of the screw head is divided into Ⅰ type (cylindrical), Ⅲ type (threaded) two kinds of model

4 the transmission ratio

Lift is divided into two transmission ratio, namely ordinary (P) and slow (M).

5. Protection of screw rod

Type 1 lift screw protection is divided into: basic type, anti-rotation type (F) and with a protective cover type (Z);

Type 2 lift screw protection is divided into: basic type and with protective cover type (Z).
